As organizers we have chosen TUI, TUI offered the appropriate range for us.
We were 14 days in Amara Dolce Vita, from 02.18.2011 – 04.03.2011, for us one of the best hotels on the Turkish Riviera.
Location
Amara Dolce Vita is located about 18 km south of Kemer done directly on the beach of Tekirova. The Bay of Tekirova stretches from north-south orientation of the Hotel Rixos Tekirova by Amara Dolce Vita for about 5 km.
The Taurus Mountains with its towering pine forests on the edge of the turquoise-blue Mediterranean, provides the 163 000 square meter resort a truly heavenly background. Doge’s Palace built in the style of a deluxe building and several 2-3-storey club building.
Service and Cuisine
This is one of the highlights of this beautiful hotel. The service is absolutely top. All employees were very friendly and always attentive. may have language problems are not there, who speaks English not German at all costs. Particularly noteworthy are the many busy waiters, who have great fun in their work. They bring in all communication over as well.
The restaurant concept leaves no wish unfulfilled. Around the Clock, you can eat and drink.
The main restaurant has 3 dining rooms and a large terrace.
The rooms are decorated differently,
rustic and very cozy and comfortable, a bit dark
very modern-dunklel with transparent colored plastic furniture, like a dark glittering world
classic-very comfortable and stylish, bright and cozy. Here we felt most comfortable.
The terrace is like a conservatory built and fully covered (glazed). This provides at midday in bright sunlight even for high heat. Sun protection does not exist. Sorry, was released at this time our patio for smokers. The hotel management has reacted to different guest requests and removed a portion of Terrace for smokers. This part is now to be soon provided with partition walls.
The space by the buffets are set up and fried and cooked is unfortunately very tight and narrow. Here it was already time to crush.
Breakfast is very extensive. Fruit, yogurt, milk pudding, various egg prices, cereals, nuts, salad, cheese and sausage all in very great variety and good quality. Freshly squeezed orange juice, there was, of course.
Mitt gas, there were various meats and fish, lots of salad, pizza and of course a dazzling dessert offerings.
At dinner, the buffet was extensive. All meals were served very good and well seasoned. There was always a diet corner, even diet desserts.
Sports
Even in winter, many offers. The water aerobics in the heated pool sea Waser was always well attended. The tennis courts are very good playable and available. The equipment is provided free of charge.
Were also the usual daily activities such as Archery, gymnastics, bocce.
The gym is very well equipped and very clean. Here are inter alia several treadmills and spinning bikes ready.
The sauna is very nice, there is a steam sauna, a sauna with 90 ° C, 1 at 70 ° C. The rest area is very beautiful.
Rooms
The hotel has 700 rooms, distributed in 3 buildings and two deluxe garden buildings.
The rooms in the garden buildings are in Istanbul and Roma Street. This club rooms are slightly larger than the Deluxe rooms. The equipment is the same, with the Deluxe rooms are slightly pomplöser. All rooms have a lockable dressing room. Here you can put all the luggage, it is much room for hanging clothes. In addition, here is also the free safety deposit box. The rooms are equipped with a huge double bed or 2 large single beds.
Our bathroom was huge, with a tub and separate shower. All necessary toiletries were available and were replenished as needed.
The minibar is replenished daily with beer, Fanta, Sprite, Coca Cola, water, nuts, chocolate and chips.
Special tips
To enjoy all the amenities of this beautiful hotel to, one should go as far as possible in the off season. From mid-November to mid-March, the hotel is occupied up to about 50%. If the hotel is full, it can in the main restaurant and pool are a bit narrow. On the beach, enough space for everybody.
If a tour with the dolmus to Kemer missed. The small village of Tekirova offers a short walk of 20 minutes a few shops and some restaurants.
The main house sits a nice day shoeshine boy who brings a small tip-old pines back to a shine.
The hotel has a small “zoo” with many chickens, ducks, rabbits, goats and horses. is left of the stables is a small gate. Via this route reach the nearest secluded bay and the entrance to the “Lycian Way”. This way fürhrt directly on the coast of Kemer up to Fethiye. This is of course very far, but an hour long one can afford to get details. From many vantage points along the way is an incomparable view over the Mediterranean.
A ride by cable car to the Tahtali is 2.365m high with good visibility also highly recommended. The lift company has to register at the reception a shuttle service to the valley station. At 11:15 goes from the hotel going, back up the mountain and after an hour, still in time for lunch.
Conclusion
This hotel with its architecture, good facilities in all rooms and public spaces and a superb service. Especially in the off season where you put a bit more emphasis on the extent and quality of hotel facilities, the Amara Dolce Vita No. 1 for us.
The restaurant offers a variety of food and beverages in very good quality. At all the bars there is always a nice place and will spoil all.
For a relaxing holiday I can recommend this hotel without reservation.
