The Biggest Loser Finale was one of the most exciting finales that I have watched in several seasons. I was so excited to tune in to my direct tv local channelsand watch it live. I had no idea how the final four contestants would look and I was so impressed by all their hard work while they were at home. My favorite part of the finales are always watching all of the contestants come out dressed in their best looking fabulous after all of their hard work. Some of the transformations are unbelievable! They are such an inspiration to us all.
As Americans are fighting hard against obesity, these contestants are at the forefront of the fight, showing us that if they can do it and achieve these kinds of results the healthy way, so can we!! I was so excited when Michael won…it was such a wonderful moment. His mother looked so proud, and he deserved the win because of all his hard work!
Koli won the at-home prize, showing us all that even though you’re not in that intense and controlled environment, you can still achieve amazing results when you are determined to reach your goals. This show emphasizes that even though a lifestyle change is extremely difficult, it is infinitely more rewarding to reach your weight-loss and health goals and prolong your life!
